Shipping policy

At Juliya House, we deliver orders from Ukraine to Poland and selected EU countries using Nova Poshta Global, our primary logistics partner.

We aim to ensure safe, reliable, and trackable delivery for all orders.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Method

We ship all orders via Nova Poshta Global, which provides:

  • International delivery from Ukraine to the EU
  • Delivery to:
    • Local pickup points (partners in Poland/EU)
    • Courier delivery to your address

The available delivery option will be shown at checkout depending on your location.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Poland
  • Selected European Union countries

5. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Poland: 3–7 business days
  • Other EU countries: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on:

  • Customs processing
  • Local delivery partners
  • Seasonal demand

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Parcel weight and dimensions

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

As shipments are sent from Ukraine (outside the EU), your order may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • VAT
  • Customs clearance fees

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can track your shipment via:

  • Nova Poshta tracking system
  • Local delivery partner tracking (after customs clearance)

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

9. Delivery Process

The delivery process typically includes:

  1. Shipment dispatched from Ukraine via Nova Poshta
  2. Customs clearance in destination country
  3. Transfer to a local courier or pickup network
  4. Final delivery to your address or pickup point

10. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Courier service disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details

However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.

11. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

If the package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Failure to collect the parcel

The customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs for re-delivery.

12. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is damaged or lost:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package
  • Provide photos (if applicable)

We will investigate the issue with Nova Poshta and offer a suitable resolution (replacement or refund).
